China Customer Service Attributes
- Must speak excellent English
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Licensed Driver
- Laser knowledge — will train the successful candidate
- Hydraulic knowledge — will train the successful candidate
- Capable of handling parts supply & shipment
Service Objectives to be done by China Customer Service
- Answer all phone calls
- Get back to customer with appropriate answers within 10 minutes
- Be onsite within 24-48 hours of exhausting phone service options
- Provide parts ordering information within 24 hours
- Deliver parts to customer within five business days
- Assume responsibility to ensure our company meets it’s warranty criteria/obligations
